“At the OPZ, the sale of urea was resumed for export, in particular to countries in Africa and Asia. During the last week, an African puffin with a deadweight of 50 thousand tons stood on the berth. This is the sixth bulk carrier loaded and shipped to India since the resumption of export work ", the message said.

It is noted that the first vessel was loaded with mineral fertilizers in mid-September. During this period, more than 200 thousand tons of urea were transshipped.

In addition to the urea, which produces OPZ, the products of Cherkasy "Nitrogen" and Kamensky "DniproAzot" are delivered by rail to the South. Mineral fertilizers are reloaded only in bulk - directly from the production workshop and from the company's warehouses.

As reported, on August 1, 2019, the refinery launched production facilities after almost a year and a half of downtime. The company works on a tolling basis with Agro Gas Trading.

According to and. about. General Director of PJSC Odessa Port Plant Sergei Nazarenko, the resumption of export work is beneficial for the enterprise: they began to pay off old debt obligations, stabilized the salary level.

The contract for the processing of tolling raw materials also provides for the payment of OPP debt to Naftogaz of Ukraine using a unique formula. AGT added $ 1 and $ 1.5 per ton of ammonia and urea production to the cost of processing, respectively. This allowed the plant to begin paying off debts to Naftogaz.

The company’s administration plans to continue working with Agro Gas Trading at least until January 1, 2020.
