During the first quarter of 2019, exports of agricultural products from Ukraine to the EU countries increased by 24.4%.

“For the first quarter, exports of agricultural products from Ukraine to the EU countries increased by 24.4% compared to 2018 and amounted to $ 1.88 billion,” Trofimtseva said.
The official noted that imports at the same time amounted to $ 734.6 million and increased compared to the corresponding period of the previous year by 9.9%.
Most agricultural products from Ukraine are imported by the Netherlands ($ 379 million), Spain ($ 342 million), Italy ($ 215 million), Poland ($ 178 million) and Germany ($ 157 million).
Poland (150 million dollars), Germany (120 million dollars), France (85 million dollars), Italy (67 million dollars) and Hungary (49 million dollars) entered the top-5 EU exporters of Ukraine. .
Most of all Ukraine exports to the EU cereal grains - 50%, 17.8% - oil, 8.5% - residues and waste of the food industry.
Corn (9.6%), foodstuffs (9%), oilseeds (6.2%), tobacco and its products (6.1%), animal feed products (5 ,four%).
