The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine compiled and approved the Forecast Balance of Electricity for 2019, according to which in the next year an increase in electricity exports from Ukraine is projected at 5.3% to 6.42 billion kWh compared to the Forecast Balance for the current Year of June 15, 2018.

According to the document, in 2019, Ukraine is expected to increase exports to the countries of Eastern Europe by 3.8% to 5.43 billion kWh, including to Poland by 6.2% to 1.44 billion kWh h compared with the forecast for 2018.
It is also indicated that in 2019 it will increase by 13.6% - up to 1.08 billion kWh of electricity exports to Moldova. According to the ministry, the import of electricity to Ukraine in 2019 is not provided.
